Church camp July 28-30 2023 at Hjälmargården

We are excited to share that we are having Summer Camp again this year. We want to invite everyone in the New Life Family to a weekend of
fellowship, fun, and inspiration. July 28-30, 2023 at Hjälmargården.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

The theme of our New Life Family Church Camp is: The Holy Spirit. We read in John 20:21,22 “Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” And with that he
breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” If we are to impact and make a difference in our world today, we do need to allow the Holy Spirit to fill us, to lead us and to form us. We want to encourage you to come. Come as you are and let us together experience what the Holy Spirit wants to say and do in and through us.

SPECIAL GUESTS

Once again, a team from Aspen Grove in the USA will join us this year. We are looking forward to meeting all of you during these days and celebrating the fact that God is and has been faithful.
Hjälmargården is a camp and conference site at Hjälmaren in Läppe, Vingåker county. The facilities include a restaurant- and conference building, cabins and rooms for lodging, café, camping, a beach, and a Church. You can read more on their website: www.hjalmargarden.se

TIME: Friday 28th July – Sunday 30th July
The camp starts with fika at 15:00 on the Friday and ends on the Sunday with lunch at 13:30.

PLACE: Hjälmargården, just outside Örebro.
ACCOMMODATION: cottage/room, dormitory, caravan or tent.

REGISTRATION

You register for the camp by filling in the following application form: https://forms.gle/7uVH4L9UoNfV9Fr56

If you are registering more than one person, it is important that you only fill in one application per family/group.

After completing your application, you will receive a confirmation email with the total cost and a unique code. The personal code is unique to you and your application. When you make the payment through your bank you have to write the code as a reference with the payment. The application will be open until June 11th, whereafter we will not be accepting any more applications. The registration is binding.

PAYMENT

You need to pay your camp fee by June 28th. Use the unique code that you received when you registered. It is important that you have registered AND paid before the final payment date. If you fail to do this, you will not be registered and cannot attend camp. The fee is non refundable.

TRANSPORTATION

Bus: More information on the possibility to travel by bus will be sent out shortly. Car: If you are traveling by car you can find directions through Google Maps. Hjälmargården offers free parking.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

More information will be sent out to everyone who is registered before the camp. Important information might be sent to the email address you used when you signed up. Because of this, it is important that the owner of that email address passes on the information to all the other members of the group.

CAMP FEES

The fees include meals, fika and rent of facilities.

(All children ages 0-3 stay and eat for fre.)

CABIN OR ROOM: Adult (13+): 1280 kr, Child (4-12): 740 kr

TENT: Adult (13+): 950 kr, Child (4-12): 490 kr

CARAVAN: Adult (13+): 1090 kr, Child (4-12): 600 kr

DORMITORY: Adult (13+): 1090 kr, Child (4-12): 600 kr
